CleverLifeline Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of CleverLifeline, a service of Clever Communicator, LLC ("we" or "us"). By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Not an Emergency Service

CleverLifeline helps you create printed reference cards from information you provide. It is not an emergency service, a medical service, or a substitute for calling emergency services. We do not guarantee that a card will be available, readable, found, or used by anyone in any situation.

Your Information and Responsibilities

In using CleverLifeline, you agree to the following:

• You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping it accurate and up to date. Review every card before you rely on it, and print a new one when your information changes.
• You are responsible for printing, cutting, and storing your cards, and for how they look once printed.
• When you add information about other people, such as contacts, you confirm that you have their permission to store it and print it.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Use CleverLifeline only for lawful, personal purposes.

Plans, Free Year, and Billing

We offer a free plan and paid plans. For paid plans:

• Paid plans start with a free 365-day period. A payment card is required to start it.
• Unless you cancel before the free period ends, your card is charged the plan's price then, and again every year, until you cancel.
• The price shown when you sign up is the price you will be charged. We may change prices in the future; we will email you before a new price applies to your renewal.
• Promotional codes are subject to the terms shown when you use them and may be withdrawn at any time. A withdrawn code does not affect a plan it has already been applied to.

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel at any time from Manage Plan on the Plans page. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep your paid plan until the end of the period you have already started, and there is no charge if you cancel during the free period.

Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@cleverlifeline.com and we will review it.

Changes to the Service

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of CleverLifeline at any time. We may suspend or close an account that misuses the service or violates these terms.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

CleverLifeline is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service or your cards will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we expressly disclaim liability for any such issues.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any actions you or anyone else take (or do not take) based on a card or the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new terms on this page and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email. Continuing to use CleverLifeline after a change means you accept the updated terms.
